Description
The PreSonus Eris 3.5 2nd Gen is a pair of compact 3.5-inch studio monitors for small desks, made for beginner producers, content creators and DJs practising at home. The second generation adds rear acoustic tuning controls and keeps a headphone output on the front panel.

In your setup
Balanced 6.35 mm TRS inputs suit an audio interface or mixer, the RCA inputs take a DJ controller or consumer gear, and the front 3.5 mm input is handy for a phone or laptop. Plugging in headphones mutes the speakers for private listening. Protection covers RF interference, output-current limiting, over-temperature, turn-on/off transients and a subsonic filter, and power saver mode starts after 40 minutes without signal. PreSonus suggests the Eris Sub 8BT subwoofer if you want to grow the pair into a 2.1 system.
