1.Who we are
Muse Inc is the DJ school of Công ty TNHH Phát Beats Studio, 409 Hai Bà Trưng, Xuân Hòa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our student portal, and how we use it.
2.Data we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, phone or Zalo number, what you are interested in, your message and your consent.
- When you study with us: your name, email, phone, timetable, attendance, lesson progress, the homework you upload, invoices and payments, certificates.
- When you use the site: the technical data needed to run it securely (IP address in server logs, sign-in sessions).
3.How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and book a trial lesson.
- To run your course: timetable, reminders by email, Zalo or the notifications you allow, homework feedback, certificates.
- To issue invoices and match payments.
We do not sell your data. Your name, phone and messages are never passed to advertising services.
4.Cookies and analytics
Cookies the site needs: your sign-in session, the language and the light or dark theme you chose, your answer to the cookie banner, and where your visit came from (an ad, a search engine or another site). The last one is kept for 90 days in our own cookie and saved with an enquiry or booking you send, so we know which ads help; it is not sent to anyone else.
For every visitor: Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are used, with its own cookies, so we can improve the site. Only if you accept in the cookie banner: the ads measurement of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), which counts which of our ads lead to an enquiry, a booking or an order, and Microsoft Clarity if we use it (how pages are used). These services set their own cookies; we never send them your name, phone or messages. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
5.Sharing and storage
Your data is stored on our server and in its backups. We share it only with services that help us run the school, and only as far as needed: the email service that sends our messages, Zalo when you choose to talk to us there, and the bank services that notify us of payments. Google Analytics receives data about your visit; with your consent, the ads services named under "Cookies and analytics" do too. The public check page of a certificate shows the student's name, the course and the date.
6.Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Students can update their profile in the portal. Write or call us and we will answer within a reasonable time.
