1.Courses: before the first lesson
If you change your mind before the first lesson, the school refunds what you paid, less bank fees. Please tell us by phone, Zalo or email.
2.Courses: after the course has started
Lessons already taught (including those cancelled less than 24 hours ahead or missed) are not refunded. For the remaining lessons the school first offers to pause the course or move it to a later date; when a refund is agreed, it covers the unused lessons at the course's price per lesson. Courses bought at a promotional price are refunded at that price.
3.When the school cancels
If the school cancels a course, a lesson, a booking or an event, you choose: another date, or a full refund of what you paid for it.
4.Practice rooms, events and services
A practice room booking cancelled at least 24 hours ahead is moved or refunded (credits return to your wallet). Later cancellations are charged in full. Event tickets and booked services (equipment rental, sound set-up, DJ booking) follow the terms agreed in their confirmation.
5.Store: returns and exchanges
A product that is faulty on arrival or not what you ordered can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receipt; please keep the original box, accessories and the invoice. Products in good working order, used, or without their packaging cannot be returned unless agreed in writing. Shipping for a faulty product is paid by the school.
6.How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you name, within 7 working days after they are agreed. Credits for practice rooms are returned to your wallet in the student portal.
