1.Who we are
Muse Inc is the DJ school, practice rooms and audio equipment store of Công ty TNHH Một Thành Viên Phát Beats Studio.
- Address: 409 Hai Bà Trưng (rear entrance), Xuân Hòa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Enterprise code (tax code): 0313071986
- Hotline: 090 2957 911 · Zalo: 0902957911 · WhatsApp: +84 90 295 79 11
- Email: info@museinc.com.vn
- Opening hours: 9:00–21:00 every day. Lessons and bookings outside these hours can be arranged by agreement. The school may close on some public holidays (such as Tết); closures are announced in advance.
2.What these terms cover
These terms apply to courses, trial lessons, practice room bookings, practice credits and memberships, equipment rental, services (sound for venues, repairs, DJ booking, events) and store orders — whether you book on museinc.com.vn, in the student portal, at the school, by phone, Zalo, WhatsApp or email.
They work together with our Refunds, cancellations and returns policy, our Warranty policy, our Privacy policy and the house rules of the rooms. When a service is confirmed with its own written quote or contract (for example an event or a rental), that document applies to that service as well.
By registering, booking or placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under Vietnamese law, including the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights 2023.
3.Trial lessons
You can book a trial lesson on the website: the form shows the free days and times, and your chosen hour is held for you while the school confirms it. The trial is free of charge and lasts one hour with a teacher.
- A request is held for up to 48 hours; the school confirms it by phone or Zalo, or tells you if the time is not possible.
- You can cancel a waiting request yourself from the link you receive.
- One phone number can have at most 3 waiting requests at a time.
- After the confirmation you can create a student account from the same link and see the lesson in your schedule.
4.Courses and enrolment
Each course is offered as private 1:1, group or online lessons, as listed on its course page with the number of lessons and the price. A teacher can confirm your starting level during the trial lesson.
- Your place is confirmed when the school accepts your registration and issues the invoice.
- The course opens in the student portal when the first payment (or the first instalment) is paid in full.
- Your timetable is agreed with the school and shown in the portal; you can also add it to your phone's calendar.
- Group courses start when at least 3 students have enrolled. If a group is not formed by its planned start date, you choose: a later start date, private lessons (paying the price difference), or a full refund.
- Online lessons need a computer, a DJ controller and a stable internet connection on your side.
- All lessons of a course are to be taken within 12 months of the first lesson, pauses agreed with the school not counted. Lessons not taken by then expire, unless the delay was caused by the school.
5.Children and students under 18
The Kids DJ Course is for children aged 6–14. A parent or legal guardian registers the child, pays and accepts these terms on the child's behalf, and is the school's contact for schedules and payments. A parent or guardian brings the child to the school and collects them on time at the end of the lesson; for children under 10, an adult stays at the school during the lesson. Parents are welcome to watch.
Students under 18 in other courses need the consent of a parent or guardian.
6.Prices, invoices and payment
Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). The price that applies is the one shown on the website, in the student portal or in the school's quote at the time of booking or order.
- Every course, credit package and paid booking gets an invoice in the student portal with a payment code (DJ followed by digits).
- Bank transfer: scan the VietQR code on the invoice, or transfer to the account shown there, and keep the payment code in the transfer description. The payment is matched to your invoice automatically when the bank notifies us; you can also press "I have paid" and the staff will check it.
- In person: pay in cash at the school; the staff record the payment.
- Every payment has a receipt in the portal that you can print or save as PDF. A receipt is not a VAT invoice. If you need a VAT e-invoice (hóa đơn GTGT), send us the buyer's name (person or company), tax code, address and email within the month of purchase, and we issue it electronically.
- If a transfer arrives without the code, the staff match it by hand; please tell us if a payment does not appear within one working day.
7.Instalments
Courses can be paid in full or in instalments when the course option allows it:
- 2 parts: 50 % + 50 %
- 3 parts: 50 % + 30 % + 20 %
The first part is due on enrolment and each next part 30 days after the previous one; the dates and amounts are on your invoice. Instalments cost no more than paying in full: 0 % interest and no fee. You receive a reminder 3 days before each due date and a notice if a part is overdue, and the portal shows a banner while a payment is overdue.
If a part is more than 14 days overdue, the school may pause your remaining lessons and the course materials until it is paid, after telling you first; paying reopens them at once.
8.Lessons, rescheduling and absence
- You can ask to move a private lesson from the student portal (Schedule → Request another time) or by contacting the school: either to another free time, or to skip it and continue with your next lesson. The school or your teacher confirms the change.
- A change asked for at least 24 hours before the lesson is free.
- A change asked for later than that may still be accepted, but the lesson then counts as taught. A lesson missed without notice also counts as taught.
- Group classes follow the group's timetable and cannot be moved for one student; a missed group class can be made up free of charge by joining the same lesson with another group when a place is free, and its slides and materials stay available in the portal.
- If the school or the teacher cancels a lesson, it is moved to another time at no cost.
- After two missed lessons in a row the school contacts you to agree a plan.
- You can ask to pause a course until an agreed date; your upcoming private lessons then move later by the length of the pause. A course can be paused up to 2 times, for up to 3 months in total; longer pauses (for example for illness) by agreement.
9.Teachers and lessons
Lessons are given by the school's teachers in English or Vietnamese. The school may assign another teacher to a lesson when needed; you are notified in the portal. The course programme may be updated to keep it current; the number of lessons you paid for does not change.
10.Course materials, homework and certificates
- Lesson slides, audio, videos and files in the student portal are for your own learning and may not be shared, sold or published.
- Homework you upload is seen by your teachers and the school's staff.
- Keep your password private; one account belongs to one person.
- After you finish a course, its materials stay readable in the portal for 12 months.
- A certificate is issued when you complete the course: at least 80 % of its lessons attended and its final assessment passed (the final practical test, or your set at the graduation show for courses that end with one); its public check page shows your name, the course and the date.
11.Practice room bookings
- Students book from the portal (Practice); anyone can send a booking request from the website. Rooms can be booked up to 30 days ahead; a student can hold at most 3 upcoming bookings.
- The price is shown before you book: the room's hourly price × hours, plus a surcharge per person above the people included. Members see their member price.
- Students pay with practice credits from their wallet (1 credit per started hour) or at the school / by transfer.
- A website request holds the time for up to 48 hours at the price shown when you sent it; the school confirms by phone or Zalo, and you pay at the school or by bank transfer after the confirmation.
- A booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged in full (credits stay used, the invoice stays due).
- If the school has to cancel your booking, credits are returned in full and any payment is refunded or moved to another time.
12.House rules of the rooms
You accept the house rules when you book. In short:
- Do not move, unplug or rewire the equipment; ask the staff for help.
- No food or drinks near the equipment; no smoking or stimulants.
- Leave the room and the equipment as you found them.
- Damage caused by misuse is charged at the cost of repair or replacement, assessed together with you.
The school may end a session early when the rules are seriously broken.
13.Practice credits and memberships
Practice credits are kept in your wallet in the student portal and are added when the credit package or membership is paid in full. Membership cards include a number of practice hours for a set period (for example 30 hours within 6 weeks, as listed on the offer) and may give a member price on room bookings. Monthly memberships renew with a new invoice 7 days before the period ends; paying it adds the next period's credits.
Credits are valid for the period of their package or membership, shown in your wallet. Unused credits expire at the end of that period and do not carry over; before then, unused paid credits can be refunded as described in the Refunds, cancellations and returns policy.
14.Store: products and prices
- The store sells new, genuine products (see the Warranty policy). Photos may differ slightly from the product (colour, accessories); the specifications on the product page and the maker's documentation prevail.
- Prices are shown in VND; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. A crossed-out price shows the old price. A VAT e-invoice is issued on request, as described in "Prices, invoices and payment".
- Products marked "Ask for price" cannot be ordered online: send a message and we reply with a quote.
- Availability is shown as In stock, On order or On request; the exact delivery date is confirmed with your order.
- If a product page has an obvious error (for example a wrong price), the school tells you before confirming the order, and you may cancel without cost.
15.Store: placing and confirming an order
- 15.1Add products to the cart and open the checkout. You do not need an account: give your name, phone or Zalo number and, if you wish, an email.
- 15.2Choose pickup or delivery and the payment method, check the total and place the order. The cart is priced again at that moment; if a price or availability changed, the checkout shows the new total before you can order.
- 15.3You receive an order number and a link to the order page, which shows its status and the payment details.
- 15.4The order is confirmed when the school contacts you by phone or Zalo. The school may decline an order (for example when a product is no longer available) and then refunds any payment in full.
The prices of a placed order do not change afterwards.
16.Store: payment
- Bank transfer by VietQR: the order page shows the QR code, the account and the payment code (MI followed by the order number). Keep the code in the transfer description; the payment is matched automatically.
- Cash on delivery: only for orders that are delivered.
- Payment at the school: only for orders you pick up.
An order waiting for a bank transfer is held for 48 hours after the school confirms it; if no payment arrives by then, the school contacts you and may cancel the order.
17.Store: delivery and pickup
- Pickup at the school: free, during opening hours, after the school tells you the order is ready. You can try the product on the spot.
- Delivery in Ho Chi Minh City: the fee is shown at checkout when it is set; otherwise it is confirmed with you by phone before delivery. Usual time: 1–2 working days for products in stock.
- Delivery across Vietnam: by courier; the fee is confirmed with you by phone before shipping. Usual time: 2–5 working days for products in stock, depending on the province.
- Please check the parcel and the product in front of the courier when you receive it. Report damage in transport, missing items or a wrong product within 3 days of receipt, with photos if possible.
- The product is yours, and its risk passes to you, when it is handed to you or to the person you name.
18.Equipment rental
- Gear is rented by whole days (both the first and the last day count), for up to 60 days. The quote you build on the rental page is an estimate; the school confirms the gear, the price and the deposit.
- Price: the price per day × units × days, plus delivery and set-up when you ask for them.
- To book the gear you pay 50 % of the rental; the other 50 % is paid when the gear comes back.
- At hand-out we keep an ID card (CCCD) or a driving licence and, for items with a listed deposit, take that deposit. Both are returned when the gear comes back as it left.
- From hand-out to return you are responsible for the gear: keep it dry, use the right power supply, and do not lend it on.
- Damage or loss is assessed together with you and charged at the cost of repair or replacement; the amount kept from the deposit and the reason are written down.
- Late return: each extra day is charged at the price per day. If you need the gear longer, ask before the end date; an extension depends on the gear being free.
19.Services and events
Sound for venues, repairs, DJ booking, the IKONIK event space and events (including the graduation show) are quoted and confirmed individually. The price, what is included, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms are those in the written quote or confirmation you accept. Repairs are quoted before any work starts. A repaired device is kept for you free of charge for 30 days after we tell you it is ready; please agree with us if you need longer.
20.Photos and videos
The school films and photographs graduation shows, events and some classes and may publish them on its website and social channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). If you do not want to appear, tell us before the event or at any time afterwards, and we will not use or will remove the material where we can.
21.Personal data
We use your details only to provide what you booked or ordered, to contact you about it and to issue invoices, as described in our Privacy policy.
22.Complaints and disputes
If something is not right, contact us by hotline, Zalo, WhatsApp or email, with your invoice or order number. We confirm that we received your complaint within 1 working day and answer within 7 working days.
We will try to settle any disagreement by talking it through. If we cannot agree, you may ask the consumer protection authorities or a mediation body for help, or bring the case before a competent court, under the laws of Vietnam.
23.Changes to these terms
The school may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not affect courses, bookings or orders already paid for. If the Vietnamese and English versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
