Description
The Soundcraft Signature 10 is a compact 10-input analogue mixer with Ghost preamps, Lexicon effects and a stereo USB connection. It is a straightforward desk for a duo or small band, speeches with background music, or a DJ booth that also needs a couple of microphones.

In your setup
The USB return from a computer arrives on stereo channel 9/10 together with its RCA inputs, so a laptop or media player can feed break music into the mix on its own fader. The USB send switches between the master mix and Aux 1–2, which lets you record the main output or a separate mix built on those two auxes. Interval Mute on the master section silences every channel except that playback channel, a quick way to go from live microphones to background music. Aux 3 doubles as the effects send. Main outputs are balanced XLR, with aux and headphone outputs on TRS jacks. This model has no subgroups; the Signature 12 adds them.
