Description
The JBL RMA 330A is the larger sibling of the RMA 220A and an update of the earlier RMA 330. It combines a power amplifier rated at 300 W x 2 into 8 ohms with a microphone mixer and a digital effects processor, which suits karaoke rooms with larger passive speakers or rooms where the system needs more headroom than the RMA 220A offers.
Three microphone inputs go through a 3-band EQ and four digital effects (reverb, echo, repeat and delay). The music has a separate 2-band EQ and a key control of 11 steps (+/-5 tones), and microphone and music volumes are set independently with illuminated knobs that are easy to read in a dark room.
Four audio and four video inputs (DVD, tape, AUX and BGM) cover the usual karaoke players and TV boxes. Pre-out, sub-out, music-out and record outputs let you add a powered subwoofer, a second amplifier or a recorder to the system.
