Description
The Wharfedale Pro Typhon AX8-BT is an 8″ bi-amplified active speaker from the Typhon-AX series, with Bluetooth streaming and TWS linking built in. At 10.5 kg, in a polypropylene cabinet certified to IP54, it is a light option for small events, presentations and compact DJ setups.

- Custom 8″ Wharfedale Pro woofer with a 2.5″ voice coil and a compression driver with a 1.75″ voice coil and titanium diaphragm on a Hybrid Symmetry horn (100° × 80°).

In your setup
A small DJ controller can go into the RCA pair while a microphone uses one of the combo inputs. Two units pair over TWS for wireless stereo from a phone or laptop, or chain by cable from the XLR link output. The DSP presets change the voicing for the job, for example Monitor when the speaker faces the performers. Wharfedale Pro suggests its T-SUB-AX subwoofer when you need deeper bass, the cabinet can be flown, pole-mounted, wall-mounted or placed on the ground, and the IP54 rating protects it against dust and moisture.
