Description
The Studiomaster Vortex 10A is the smallest full-range model in the Vortex active PA series: a 10″ coaxial driver with the compression driver mounted at its centre, a two-channel amplifier and a 24-bit DSP in a moulded polypropylene cabinet that weighs 12.8 kg. It suits mobile DJs, presenters and small live acts who carry their own speakers, and its angled side lets it work as a floor monitor.

In your setup
At a mobile gig, the master output of a DJ controller or mixer goes into one combo input and a microphone into the other, each with its own gain knob; a phone or laptop can stream background music over Bluetooth. Two Vortex 10A cabinets pair over TWS for stereo without a cable between them, or you can link them with an XLR cable from the link output. Laid on its angled side, the cabinet becomes a wedge monitor, and the Monitor preset is there for that job. For more low end, Studiomaster's Vortex 15SA and 18SA subwoofers belong to the same series.
