Description

The AKG Lyra (model C44-USB) is a USB condenser microphone with four capsules inside, so the same mic can record one voice, a two-person conversation or a stereo image of a room. It is made for podcasters, streamers, YouTubers and musicians who record straight into a computer, phone or tablet.

In your setup

AKG lists Windows 8, macOS 10.7, Android 9 and iOS 10 or later. Android phones may need an OTG cable and iOS devices an Apple Camera Connection Kit, both sold separately. Use Front for a solo voice, Front & Back for an interview across a table, Tight Stereo for an instrument or performance in front of the mic, and Wide Stereo for room ambience or field recording. The desktop stand is built in, and the mic also mounts on a standard or boom stand.
