Description
The PreSonus StudioLive AR16C is a 16-channel analog studio mixer. With its professional interface, quick recording through the Capture software in the Studio One Pro 7 DAW bundle and a built-in effects processor, it is an excellent choice for music production and content creation.
1. High-quality recording interface
The PreSonus StudioLive AR16C can record every input (16 channels) separately along with the main mix, giving you flexible options. Playback of up to four audio streams makes it easy to monitor the tracks you have recorded.
The AR16C has 12 high-quality XMAX mic preamps that provide plenty of gain without adding noise, so you capture even the subtlest details.
With 8 mono channels and 4 stereo channels, the mixer connects easily to microphones or stereo sources with high quality. A 3-band EQ on every channel lets you shape the lows, mids and highs to suit each source.
2. Recording via USB 2.0 and SD card
The StudioLive AR16C's USB-C connection makes recording to a computer easy. The 18x4-channel interface shows how flexibly the mixer can take in many different sources.
For live recording without a computer, you can also record to an SD or SDHC card, with a maximum capacity of up to 32GB.
3. Built-in effects processor
The StudioLive AR16C has an effects processor that lets you add echo, delay or chorus to any channel, so you can perform with confidence and improve the quality of your recordings.
The mixer records the main mix together with the effects mix at the same time, with or without the dry channels, for blending with the multitrack recording.
You can use the effects mix to add depth and richness to your recordings, or to replace or complement effects added in post-production.
4. Versatile, flexible connectivity
The StudioLive AR16C has both Bluetooth and a full set of analog and digital connections to cover all kinds of uses.
High-performance Bluetooth 5.0 connects quickly to mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The AUX and RCA inputs connect to a turntable or other compatible audio equipment.
The mixer has 12 balanced mic inputs with XMAX mic preamps, plus two instrument inputs, 16 balanced line-level inputs and 2 insert points, ideal for mixing and processing sound from many different sources.
5. Studio One Pro 7 DAW bundle included
Recording is easy with the Capture software. It configures itself with the mixer quickly, so you can record every channel and the main mix with a single click.
On top of that, the mixer comes with Studio One Artist software, which provides all the tools and features you need to process audio and create finished mixes.
