If you have used the DJM-S11, the tidy layout of the DJM-S7 will feel instantly familiar. A big Load button and 16 performance pads (8 per side) make it easy to pick tracks and trigger features for a high-energy set.

All 22 Beat FX from the DJM-S11 are built in, and you can easily swap the 6 effects in the FX Select section. The OLED display shows the exact FX name and value. The pad modes are independent, so you can trigger Hot Cues on channel 1 and use Roll on channel 2 at the same time. And with the Magvel Fader Pro, you get the smoothest, most stable feel.

Forgot your laptop, or want to play a new track in your set? The Bluetooth input has you covered. You can easily connect the DJM-S7 to a smartphone and load a sample, a loop to scratch or a track directly. It is a very thoughtful upgrade from Pioneer DJ that lets you perform whenever you want. And with Loop MIDI — a feature exclusive to Pioneer DJ mixers — you can use the effect levers to send MIDI to Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox, a fun way to control features in time with the beat.

Magvel Fader Pro

Pioneer DJ has refined the feel of the MAGVEL FADER PRO and made its shaft 30% stronger. That means you can scratch with more confidence, and a harder coating around the crossfader area reduces wear on the crossfader.

Large Performance Pads

The 8 performance pads on the DJM-S7 are bigger and easier to use. And with independent pad modes, you can use 2 different features at once — one on each channel's pads

Loop MIDI: Automated control DJ software functions with the effect levers

This brand-new feature on the DJM-S7 lets you control various software features by sending MIDI to the software in a set beat cycle. For example, you can create a build-up with a sampler loop and shorten it to push the build-up even harder.

Simply use the Beat buttons on the mixer to set the loop length, then flip the lever on to trigger the combined FX and create a build-up. Functions including Hot Cue, sampler and key shift-up are pre-assigned to the FX Select buttons (as presets), so you can use Loop MIDI straight away without spending time on setup.

Built-in USB hub: Directly connect your external devices

Four built-in USB ports (2 USB Type-A, 2 USB Type-B) let you connect an add-on DJ controller, or hook up 2 CDJs in HID mode together with 2 laptops, simply and easily. The next Serato DJ Pro update will officially support the CDJ-3000, so stay tuned for the latest news.
